Michael | A Focused Man

Michael H.’s key to longevity is “having a focal activity that is consuming in some way, so that you are always interested in it and thinking about it.”
His first was modern dance, performing professionally and teaching at the renowned José Limón Dance Foundation in New York. After deciding that dance wasn’t his future, Michael pursued a career in architecture, which he went on to teach at the distinguished Pratt Institute in Brooklyn for 30 years.
His current “focal activity” is spending time with Michelle, whom he met in the elevator of Atria West 86.
