This recipe for Creole Shrimp with Garlic and Lemon comes from Tory McPhail, the Chef at the famous Commander’s Palace restaurant in New Orleans! His recipe could not be simpler to prepare and makes a nice appetizer or center-of-the-plate entrée. Shrimp has received a bad rap due to its cholesterol content being higher than other types of seafood. However, it’s so low in total fat, as well as saturated fat, that the cholesterol content is not really a concern if consumed occasionally. Laissez les bons temps rouler. (Translation: Let the good times roll).
