A Message from Our Executive Director Christine Thompson
After more than 15 years in the senior living industry, I'm still inspired by the wisdom and resiliency that each new resident brings to our community. I believe their passion for life is partly due to the vibrant community we've created here at Atria Willistown. I see so many older adults thrive once they move into our community. It's tremendously rewarding. If you have questions or wish to arrange a personal appointment, please contact me. I look forward to meeting you and your family.
And we’ll respond accordingly. After all, it’s insights from people like you that help us continue to improve the Atria experience for our residents, their families, our staff and those connected to our communities.

My father has been a resident for the last 2 years and we have been treated with such kindness and courtesy by the staff. The folks at the front desk have been simply wonderful, especially Michelle, Danielle, and Laura. From Christine the Executive Director, to the chef, the nurse and her tech staff, the therapeutic staff, and every worker who cleans up after, grooms, and assists him in countless ways, everyone ensures my father lives with dignity and good humor in his elder years. They have been like family. Truly the most active, consistently engaging, responsible and brilliant support for my dad and (our family) is Donna, the Engage Life Director! She has truly saved us from such stress and heartache by effectively problem solving each issue we face, including living in different states. After over 30 years living in PA, his wife died suddenly and left him in need of care. Donna has gone above and beyond the call of duty and if we could duplicate her in all our affairs, we would be on top of the world! Thank you Atria and please keep your incredible staff here at Willistown! Sincerely,Niki Davis

Both of my parents were at this community for a one month respite and rehab stay. My father needed rehab and nursing care after an illness, and my mother has dementia. Each of their needs were met and they were able to stay together! We were very pleased with the personalized care that they both received and are presently considering a long term living situation. This is definitely the place our family will choose.

I just had to write how happy we are with my mom , Rose being at Atria!! My mom was not happy with me and my brother Tom when we brought her to Atria in July! But she took to the staff almost immediately because of their loving care!! Donna made sure my mom became involved in all activities and trips right from the beginning!! I call and email and text at anytime to Donna and Christine and even though they are busy they get back to me right away!! I feel like they took my mom in as their family the way they care about her!! We could not be more pleased with life at Atria!! Thank you to all the staff including Ashley and Devin who always keep my mom busy too!! I cannot forget the restaurant the food is excellent and the staff also take care of Rose all the time!! I lived at Atria Willistown for 2 and a half months during my rehab after surgery before returning to my own home. My experience there was wonderful and provided the support I needed at that time. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff - director, activities director, arts coordinator, nurse, nurse's aids, med-techs, housekeeping, receptionists, dining room servers, van driver- all were wonderful and very supportive. I cannot thank them enough for helping me to be able to go back to my home. I don't hesitate to recommend Atria to those who require an assisted living environment.

We moved our mother to Atria Willistown last November. Our mother was no longer capable of living alone but she was insistent that she did not want to leave her home. My brother and I worked with the wonderful staff at Atria to help ease our mother into the idea of maybe living there temporarily just for the winter months. Well, fast forward to today (not even a year later) our mother is probably one of the happiest residents you will find at Atria Willistown. She tells us everyday how much she loves living there. She loves to socialize with her friends, participate in the numerous activities, and go on outings on the bus trips. When we call our mother, she rarely answers the phone because she is never in her apartment. She loves enjoying all the beautiful surroundings at Atria with friends. We have never seen our mother this happy, carefree, and content!!! With regards to the staff, they are the most caring individuals. They treat our mother like she is their own. I can't say enough about Donna, the activity director. She takes the residents out to lunch on the bus, she lets us know when mom needs anything, she even paints her nails!!! My family and I are appreciative for all the staff at Atria and everything they do to make the living experience feel like home not just for our mother but for all the residents.

This is to express an appreciation to the staff of Atria Willistown, as they are very friendly and goodhearted. The concierges in particular are genuinely caring and keep a watchful eye out for all residents. Visitors and family members are treated with respect and a smile. The front desk can get mighty busy and I never feel like I am imposing when I have a question or a need. It means a lot.

My mother moved into Atria Willistown about a year ago after touring many assisted living communities. Together we decided that the Atria Willistown was the best fit. She is so happy here. At home she stayed isolated and rarely left the house, here she thrives! She's met so many friends, participates in activities, and altogether I've just seen the biggest transformation in her attitude! I would recommend Atria Willistown to anyone!
