A Message from Our Executive Director Donna Smith
Life at our community is tailored to the interests and desires of our residents. Here, seniors can live comfortably while taking advantage of opportunities they may not have had while staying at home alone. We take care of the cooking; we take care of the cleaning; we take care of the driving - that way, our residents can focus on doing what they love and choosing what they want to explore next. Welcome to a lifestyle that's full of possibilities. Welcome home.
And we’ll respond accordingly. After all, it’s insights from people like you that help us continue to improve the Atria experience for our residents, their families, our staff and those connected to our communities.

On Sunday, August 30, Darlene put on another special \"High Tea\" for Atria residents who wish to sign up. My mom loves these events and was present for this one as well. There were 12 residents in attendance which is a full house for the formal dining room where the event was held. No detail was overlooked by Darlene including the dainty crustless sandwiches, a seaside theme and comfortable seating at the table for all. Darlene went far above and beyond the norm by putting her very personal touch on the event. She put out quite an amazing spread with great decorations and the fine china teacups she’d been collecting - all different but all matching and all of which enhanced the lively conversation. This event was special. Far beyond ordinary and the residents loved it!

Family Day at Atria Crossgate was so much fun. The food by Kevin Hitchcock and his staff was so delicious. It was nicely presented, hot and plentiful. The entertainment was great, especially the dancing by your staff especially Greg. It was nice to see how well the staff interacted with the residents. The staff encouraged the residents to get involved. It was nice meeting staff members and their families. Galen Heins helped us initially when my mom, Mary Summers, chose Atria as her next residence. Galen did a wonderful job helping my mom transition to Atria. Thank you to all.
