Refer a Friend to Atria

*Residency agreement and terms apply. Valid for referring new residents only – short-term stays and transfers from other Atria-operated properties are not eligible. Referred resident must sign a lease by December 31, 2025, and live at the community for at least 30 days. The referred resident will receive a move-in allowance credited to their account. The referring resident will receive a credit on their monthly billing statement after the 30-day stay requirement is met by the referred resident. The $2,000 payment to the referring resident is taxable income and will be reported in compliance with IRS regulations. See community leadership for details. Offer expires December 31, 2025.
