Atria Willow Park, a senior living community, earned a 92% score on their annual customer satisfaction survey last month. Caregiving and management staff, as well as safety, received the highest marks on the 35-question survey.

The survey gathers ratings and open-ended responses on a variety of community functions, including billing, care, Engage Life, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, management, security and transportation. Survey responses are confidential and anonymous to encourage honest feedback.
