Atria Newport Beach, a senior living community, earned a 93% score on their annual customer satisfaction survey last month. Management and housekeeping, as well as safety, received the highest marks on the 35-question survey.
“When my mother could no longer take care of herself safely, our family faced a difficult process of finding a place for her that would be like home, where she would have friends and be safe. The survey gathers ratings and open-ended responses on a variety of community functions, including billing, care, Engage Life, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, management, security and transportation. Survey responses are confidential and anonymous to encourage honest feedback.
