Atria Del Sol, a senior living community, earned a 91% score on their annual customer satisfaction survey last month. Management and housekeeping, as well as safety, received the highest marks on the 35-question survey.
“It's like a family,” says resident Rose H. “I always have companionship, and the employees are always helpful.”
The survey gathers ratings and open-ended responses on a variety of community functions, including billing, care, Engage Life, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, management, security and transportation. Survey responses are confidential and anonymous to encourage honest feedback.
