Atria Marland Place, a senior living community, earned a 92% score on their annual customer satisfaction survey last month. Management and maintenance, as well as safety, received the highest marks on the 35-question survey.

“Atria is a home away from home for me, as well as for my mother. I feel a sense of peace and comfort when I visit, and my mother is exceedingly happy there,” shares one family member. “Knowing my mother is at Atria allows my family to focus on our daily responsibilities without worry. We are truly grateful for this wonderful experience and thank everyone involved.”

The survey gathers ratings and open-ended responses on a variety of community functions, including billing, care, Engage Life, dining, housekeeping, maintenance, management, security and transportation. Survey responses are confidential and anonymous to encourage honest feedback.

“We value our residents and their opinions, which is why this survey is such an important part of community operations,” says Kymberly Codair, Regional Vice President for Atria Senior Living. “This year we saw significant increases in scores throughout the portfolio, demonstrating our commitment to not just listen to resident feedback but to identify opportunities to improve and put them into action.”

Just off Main Street with waterfront views, Atria Marland Place offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Residents enjoy multiple onsite dining options, art studio, library, movie theatre, fitness center, 24-hour staff and transportation and concierge services.
