“Michael has this rare quality to genuinely connects with people simply by listening,” notes Kym Codair, Atria Regional Vice President. “He remembers the details, like a staff member’s family situation from months earlier, or when a resident seems just a little off their usual routine. He doesn’t manage from behind a desk; he’s out in the thick of things, rolling up his sleeves if they’re short-staffed or simply sitting with someone who’s having a tough day. That’s just who he is.”

This award celebrates not only Michael’s achievements in delivering exceptional results, but also the positive spirit he brings to Atria Woodbriar every single day.
