With over 20 years of experience in memory care, Tomika is passionate about her work and the residents she serves. Since 2015, she has provided essential support to Atria staff and families. Tomika holds both RCFE certification and specialized credentials in dementia and Alzheimer’s care. She is also qualified as a dementia coach, providing hands-on support and training to both care staff and families, helping them understand the stages of dementia and the disease process.
