Hannah MacNeill, Regional Director of Memory Care

With over 15 years of experience in senior living, Hannah has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of older adults – particularly those living with cognitive decline – through evidence-based best practices. Since joining Atria in 2024, she has created programs and coached memory care teams in how to provide person-centered care to individuals living with dementia. When she’s not at work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys – often antiquing, refinishing and upcycling furniture or collecting records.
