A-maize-ing Recipes from Atria Chefs

Things got corn-y in Atria communities across the country in July. In honor of National Culinary Arts Month, Atria chefs battled against local competitors in chef showdowns. Their recipes had to feature a required ingredient: corn.
While local competitions drew in large crowds and fierce foodie battles, we had an internal contest. Chefs from Atria communities were encouraged to submit their recipes and photos to our Culinary team for judging.
Our Culinary masterminds – Chad Welch, Atria’s Executive Chef, and Ronda Watson, Senior Vice President of Culinary and Engage Life – used their expertise to judge the recipes on three criteria: taste, creativity and presentation.
