A Message from Our Executive Director Aron Alexander
Life at our community is tailored to the interests and desires of our residents. Here, seniors can live comfortably while taking advantage of opportunities they may not have had while staying at home alone. We take care of the cooking; we take care of the cleaning; we take care of the driving – that way, our residents can focus on doing what they love and choosing what they want to explore next. Welcome to a lifestyle that's full of possibilities. Welcome home.
And we’ll respond accordingly. After all, it’s insights from people like you that help us continue to improve the Atria experience for our residents, their families, our staff and those connected to our communities.

My mother has lived at Atria El Camino Gardens for the past five years. She has received nothing short than top notch service, assistance, and help from the staff. She is now in the memory care unit and when we have visited her, we've noticed that the staff is right there when she or others need help, assistance and questions answered. Kudos go to Ingrid and her wonderful staff for taking care of our mother. I would also like to thank the top notch dining room crew, who we have gotten to know well especially Crystal, Carrie and Theresa. Hard workers whose aim has always been to please, attend to, and wonderful to get to know personally.

Thanks to the kitchen and server staff for exceptional and attentive service for our family’s 95th birthday celebration at Atria Carmichael! The chef prepared a special colorful salad for our 10 guests that doubled as a table centerpiece. The servers were gracious and so helpful to make our gathering truly a wonderful and memorable afternoon!

Just want to share my appreciation for all the love that goes into taking care of the residents and their families at Atria El Camino Gardens. My mom said just last night that even though she never ever thought she would need to be in a place such as this, she is really happy about being there. The dining room staff cater to help their aging residents get through their meals successfully-knowing them by name, knowing their likes and dislikes, assisting them with cutting up and arranging their eating situation. They are a blessing and I really hope they are well rewarded for their commitment. Thank you so much!

Hi Everyone: Some of you know that Dick Wilkinson (who lives with Aunt Peggy) wrote two children books. They are lovely illustrated books. Stacie (the Activities Director at Atria El Camino Gardens) nominated Dick in Atria’s national Eyes of the Wise art show. There were over 900 submittals from 28 states in this competition. Dick was selected as one of the very best of those entries. They gave him a glass award that was inscribed, and a large framed page that will be on exhibit in the open areas of Atria. Many of the residents were there, and of course Jackie was there, and I was also able to attend. It was just a lovely ceremony, and Stacie was so very sweet to Dick and Peggy and us. Below are some photos taken that day. I must say, Stacie and her staff are always totally wonderful to all of the residents; I know my Dad just loved her before his passing in 2010. She always smiles, is always kind and always very loving with everyone living there. I can’t say enough about her and her staff. They treat the residents just like family. If you are ever over there visiting Dick and Peggy, ask to see his trophy and look at his books. That’s all for now. Rita

I really enjoy the care giving of Elena Jimenez . She's very kind, attentive, and efficient. She's here not just for a salary alone; she's here because she cares. She automatically looks around to see what she can do for us and asks about our needs.
