Discover Vibrant Assisted Living and Innovative Memory Care in Orange County, California

Along the banks of San Diego Creek, just a short distance from the Orange County coastline, Atria Golden Creek is a thoughtfully designed community where older adults enjoy an active lifestyle with just the right amount of discreet support. We recently completed a $13 million renovation to not only enhance our living spaces and amenities, but to help us earn LEED® certification as an eco-friendly community.

Whether dining al fresco with friends, indulging in our relaxing spa or working out in the fitness center, our residents enjoy abundant opportunities to thrive and participate - and our tenured, 24-hour staff is dedicated to creating a fulfilling and supportive environment.

Innovative Memory Care in Irvine

In addition to independent living and assisted living options, we are also proud to offer innovative care for Irvine seniors dealing with the challenges of dementia. Our welcoming Life Guidance® memory care neighborhood provides an intimate, structured setting where residents receive more personalized care and attention from specially trained staff.

TRAFFIC NOTE: When traveling east on Creek Road, cross the San Diego Creek bridge and immediately turn right into the parking lot with the Atria Golden Creek sign. We are the first building on the right. Park and walk to the main entrance under the portico and see the receptionist.

Living safely and well in a COVID-19 world

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us all to rethink the way we live, work and keep our families safe. At Atria, we're committed to combating the virus while maintaining the connection and engagement that is so vital to our well-being.

  • Timely testing

    Timely testing

We took early steps to secure testing for every single employee, third-party agency and private duty aide, which helped us reduce disease exposure for our residents and communities. We continue to test these groups, along with all memory care residents, new residents and those returning to the communities from hospital stays.

  • Prepared with PPE and sanitizer

    Prepared with PPE and sanitizer

When most of the country was experiencing PPE shortages, we worked with suppliers and chartered planes to ensure our communities had the supplies needed to follow safety protocols. We formed key partnerships to make our own gowns, hand sanitizer and hand soap to help keep supplies stocked.

  • Expanded telehealth

To better protect residents from risks associated with hospital visits, we have outfitted our communities with equipment and technology – including smart TVs, BP monitors and pulse oximeters – for telehealth providers and local physicians to treat residents virtually.
