  • Restaurant with full table service
  • Retreat/temporary stays
    – Atria offers a respite (retreat) program for seniors who need assisted living services on a short-term basis. Atria Retreat permits seniors to test the waters of senior living. By allowing guests to stay for a short time in an Atria community, potential residents can decide if senior living is right for them. The retreat program is also an alternative to high-cost inpatient rehabilitation following an illness or surgery. Should a patient be ready to leave the hospital but not ready to go home, Atria offers the comforts of home and 24-hour assistance until they get back on their feet. All of our Retreat guests enjoy the same great amenities as our full-time residents, including delicious meals served daily, a full calendar of social activities, scheduled transportation service and more.
  • Scheduled transportation to local appointments, errands and events
    – Local scheduled transportation is available to residents for medical appointments, shopping, religious services and other desired local destinations.
  • Selection of floor plans
  • Trained staff available 24 hours a day

  • Cafe offering refreshments and lighter fare
  • Club and volunteer opportunities
    – Atria recognizes that being older doesn't mean being inactive. Our communities offer clubs and options for volunteer work at everywhere from local schools to homeless shelters. The volunteer program affords our residents the opportunity to share their talents and knowledge with the local community. Feeling needed is an important part of staying active and independent, and the volunteer program shows all who participate how necessary they are to the local community.
  • Community computers
    – Our community provides computers with Internet access specifically for resident use. Staying in touch with family and friends and staying connected to the world is important to our residents, and we want to make it easy to shop online, research, play games and more.
  • Engage Life® Events Program
    – Explore our events programming, tailored to nurture the mind, body and spirit of every resident.
  • Pet-friendly environment
    – We recognize pets are important members of the family. That's why our community allows them in residents' apartments. Moving to a new home doesn't have to mean leaving your furry friend behind – instead, they can enjoy the benefits of Atria with you.
  • Red Hat Society
    – Our community has an active Red Hat Society chapter, an organization for women over the age of 50 that is dedicated to creating a welcoming social network and having fun. Red Hat Society brings together women for special events like teas, theater outings, picnics and more. Wearing their distinctive red hats and purple outfits, the members of the Red Hat Society stand out in a crowd not only for their garb but also for their obvious enjoyment of life.

A Message from the Executive Director
Life at our community is tailored to the interests and desires of our residents. Here, seniors can live comfortably while taking advantage of opportunities they may not have had while staying at home alone. We take care of the cooking; we take care of the cleaning; we take care of the driving - that way, our residents can focus on doing what they love and choosing what they want to explore next. Welcome to a lifestyle that's full of possibilities. Welcome home.

"We have lived at Atria Del Rey for more than four years now, and each day we love it more. Before moving here, we found that many of our friends were no longer able to visit; others had passed away. Here at Atria, you will have friends as long as you live. Come visit us and experience the new friendships you'll enjoy at Atria Del Rey."
Jim and Rosemarie, residents of Atria Del Rey
"My daughter found this place for me. I moved in as a respite stay and liked it so much that I moved in permanently. I’ve made new friends, and they have become my companions. My favorite activity is Bean Bag Toss, and I’ve gotten pretty good at it!"
Alice, resident of Atria Del Rey
"I’ve lived here for a year now, and I am very comfortable. There are so many activities here, and I like doing all of them. I have made new friends, and the staff members are so very nice. They go out of their way to make you happy and comfortable."
Bernadine, resident of Atria Del Rey
“There are many reasons why I enjoy living here at Atria Del Rey. We have everything from exercise classes and games that challenge our minds, to crafting and art activities that stimulate our creativity. We also go on some great outings, and the food is outstanding.”
Emily P., Atria Del Rey Resident
"When you combine Atria’s Engage Life concept with their friendly and sensitive personal care, you look forward to doing things that make each day worthwhile. There are so many programs and activities that interest both of us, all day long, seven days a week!”
John and Mary P., Atria Del Rey Residents
“I like living at Atria Del Rey because it feels like home. I have privacy when I want it, and the companionship of friends. There’s wonderful food here, holiday parties and live entertainment every week. I’ve been here for three years, and I’m proud to call Atria home.”
Helen S., Atria Del Rey Resident
