Along with fascinating people and interesting things to do within your community, you can connect with neighbors next door and across the public plaza in Foster Square.
Foster Square is a new, mixed-use development featuring specialty retail, recreation and age-qualified housing options – including Atria at Foster Square.
Shops, cafes and outdoor events such as farmers’ markets are steps away. Sidewalks lead to biking, running and walking paths outside Foster Square. The Peninsula Jewish Community Center and Foster City Library are both within walking distance.
An outdoor-lovers’ oasis on the peninsula, Foster City is home to 24 parks – more than any California city per capita. It's one of the safest cities in the U.S., and the beautiful 218-acre lagoon system is host to a variety of water sports, including the popular Dragon Boat Festival.
Join friends for a free concert in Leo J. Ryan Memorial Park. Stroll the boardwalk to watch windsurfers and paddleboarders in the city's blue lagoons. Invite friends for an afternoon of shopping.
Just 22 miles south of San Francisco, Atria at Foster Square puts you in the middle of it all.
Kirk has a passion for delighting others, and did exactly that for nearly 25 years as a fine dining chef. Today, the Tucson native is honored to help create exceptional experiences for the residents of Atria at Foster Square.
Whether inside a restaurant or out, Kirk’s philosophy is simple: anticipate each resident’s want or need before they request it. Then, follow through – impeccably. He’s based his career on this approach and holds his staff to the same high standard.
“Our residents choose to live here for the array of choices we offer and the caliber of outstanding service,” he said.
In his spare time, Kirk is an avid cyclist who thinks nothing of going for a 100-mile bike ride. As time allows, he enjoys practicing yoga with residents or joining them for a power walk around the lagoon.
