In 1999, I found myself in a dire situation. Self-preservation caused me to file for divorce. “What am I going to do?” I asked myself in fear. I had been a stay-at-home mom. My last job was in Silicon Valley 20 years ago. My son was away at college and all of my family lived overseas. It was a scary and uncertain time in my life. Recently, residents at Atria on the Hudson had vowed to visit all three restaurants at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  In true Hudson fashion, they not only enjoyed their meals, but also critiqued each restaurant and compared their culinary experiences. (more…)
