As Community Sales Director at Atria Center City in Philadelphia, he brings hospitality to a whole new level. When the Pang family toured the community for their mother, Helen, Marcel didn’t just show them apartments – he connected with them on a deeper level. After learning that the number four is considered unlucky in Cantonese culture, he made sure to avoid showing the family any apartments with that number. But he didn’t stop there.
