A Message from Our Executive Director Beverly Bowser
I was extremely close to my grandmother. When she could no longer live on her own, she entered a long-term care community. After visiting her there, I fell in love with her senior neighbors and discovered my life's calling. Today, I'm honored to bring my passion as well as more than 28 years of experience in senior living to the warm, vibrant community of Atria South Hills. The desire for love, laughter and a feeling of purpose does not diminish as we age. I take great pride in giving my staff the tools and support they need to enrich the lives of our residents. We focus our efforts on truly getting to know each resident as an individual, and that makes an incredible difference. Please come for a visit and meet some of the remarkable older adults who call us home.
And we’ll respond accordingly. After all, it’s insights from people like you that help us continue to improve the Atria experience for our residents, their families, our staff and those connected to our communities.

My father, Ed Winger, is a resident at Atria South Hills. My wife and I were out of town on vacation over Labor Day weekend. Every time we tried to call Ed's cell phone, our calls went straight to voice mail. We knew the Atria staff would take excellent care of my father but we were concerned that we were unable to reach him. We called Verizon technical support but needed somebody to physically reset the phone. Kristine, Wanda, and Justin joined forces to fix the phone. We can't tell you how grateful we were for their help. I know they were busy getting folks ready for bed but they took the time to help us without making us feel like we were being a bother. Thank you!!!

My Mother has been at Atria since January .I am so impressed with Donna. She dedicates alot of time(she is there at all times of the day) and her dedication, professionalism and kindness to all the residents is above and beyond. My Mom recently did a trip to the winery's and she has done nothing but rave about how much Donna did for the the group. She wanted to write a Thank you and I am so glad this opportunity came about as well to share. I work in the Health Field and feel blessed that my mom has someone to be such an advocate to keep her involved in Activities .
