My fondest childhood memories involve spending time with my grandparents. So when I walk into work each day, it's like I'm going to my grandparents' house - only with 80 grandparents instead of two. Our residents are kind, generous people with fascinating stories to tell. It's a privilege to serve them, and to provide them with opportunities to remain active, independent - and connect with others who share their life experience. We would love to show you around. The actives we do are not just fun but enhances and enriches our lives. I am please that I am just not treated like a elder person by her but still as a women who has a lot of life to live.

My father, Ed W. , is a resident at Atria South Hills. My wife and I were out of town on vacation over Labor Day weekend. Every time we tried to call Ed's cell phone, our calls went straight to voice mail. We knew the Atria staff would take excellent care of my father but we were concerned that we were unable to reach him. We called Verizon technical support but needed somebody to physically reset the phone. Kristine, Wanda, and Justin joined forces to fix the phone. We can't tell you how grateful we were for their help. I know they were busy getting folks ready for bed but they took the time to help us without making us feel like we were being a bother. Thank you!!!

My Mother has been at Atria since January. I am so impressed with Donna. She dedicates a lot of time(she is there at all times of the day) and her dedication, professionalism and kindness to all the residents is above and beyond. My Mom recently did a trip to the winery's and she has done nothing but rave about how much Donna did for the the group. She wanted to write a Thank you and I am so glad this opportunity came about as well to share. I work in the Health Field and feel blessed that my mom has someone to be such an advocate to keep her involved in Activities .
